GDS Pakistan 2019

LUMS (Computer Science Department) in collaboration with the Google Home team from the Mountain View is organizing a Google Home Developer Summit. This hands-on workshop is organized as the Technical pre-conference (UX Pakistan) event.

It’s time to secure your place at our first Google Home Developer Summit in Pakistan. Google team will be providing hands-on instructions and sharing the latest developer updates exclusively with Pakistani developers to cover both Google Cast and Actions on Google for Smart Home. ”

This particular workshop will be unique in that you’ll get access to Google’s NEW Assistant features and NEW CAST SDK features before they become publicly available. Let us know if you have any questions.

9:30 am to 1:00 pm – Introduction to Google Home, iOS/Android/Web Sendors, Building your own device, Smart home environment, Modes and Toggles, Best Practices

2:00 pm – 5:00 pm – Interactive Code Labs (Facilitators from Google will help teams in building and deploying apps for chrome cast and google home.
